Terms and Conditions
1. Company Details
These terms and conditions apply to all services, quotations and agreements of Altena IT & Automation, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”. By entering into an agreement with the Service Provider, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services provided by Altena IT & Automation. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Services
Altena IT & Automation provides services in the field of website management, web development, automation (RPA), AI solutions, system integrations, digital transformation and technical consultancy.
All services are performed on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a guarantee of results, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely and accurate information, system access and decisions required for the execution of the assignment.
5. Liability
Altena IT & Automation is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, data loss or business interruption.
Any liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant assignment.
6. External Systems and Software
Altena IT & Automation is not liable for disruptions or limitations caused by hosting providers, cloud platforms, APIs, third-party software or internet connections.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, scripts, automations, documentation and designs developed by Altena IT & Automation remain the intellectual property of Altena IT & Automation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information obtained during the cooperation.
9. Payment
Invoices must be paid within the agreed period. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended.
10. Termination
Both parties may terminate the cooperation, subject to ongoing obligations and agreements.
11. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
